Insights from Justice, Hierophant, Owl, and Moon

On Sunday, June 8, I drew four cards (2 tarot and 2 oracle) for what was intended to be a weekly forecast, but it evolved into a yearlong projection.
I chose four because 4 represents structure, stability, and status quo... something our world is in desperate need of with all of its current chaos. I also chose 4 because 4 is The Emperor in Tarot, and clearly The Emperor has no clothes.
Insights from Tarot: Justice & Hierophant
The tarot presented us with Justice & Hierophant. Two very appropriate cards that reflect current events, emerging energy. Keywords and phrases with this combination:

▪️law and order
▪️upholding standards / tradition
▪️accountability and truth
▪️personal values vs societal rules
▪️honor and duty
▪️what is legal vs what is moral
▪️decisions based on what's right
▪️authority
▪️karma
▪️reform
▪️court proceedings/rulings
Justice and Hierophant can also be associated with legal documents such as the constitution, policy, legislature, and treaties. It can relate to requirements, religion, human rights, legal reform, and cultural issues.
We can and will see all of these themes over the next year, and it will likely impact all of our systems and their way of operating.
Although Justice is trying to bring us balance and order, the shadow of this energy can bring us an ugly imbalance of power and uncomfortable truths as it relates to law, systems, authority, religion, and tradition. Instead of being fair for all, it can be fair for only some, and instead of honoring human rights or adherence to constitutional considerations it could be a "show me your papers" type of vibe.

Justice lacks emotion and therefore can lack compassion. This can allow for manipulation of tradition or rules for an agenda aimed at personal or political gain. It also gives me a vibe of "I'm just following orders" type of blind obedience (justice wears a blindfold). The Hierophant can use fear, shame, and guilt as tools of manipulation and control.
In our personal lives, this energy can be seen in situations that will require us to set boundaries, speak truth, uphold our commitments, follow our moral compass, and display integrity. It can also indicate legal proceedings, paperwork, or agreements. Some of this may be in the arena of relationships as both cards are associated with Venus. This could be new relationships entering (both business and pleasure) or relationships that are dissolving through separation or divorce. This might indicate equitable dissolution or agreed upon terms. Additionally, we could be dealing with assets, valuables, values, and beliefs. The shadow of this could be dealings that are unjust or unfair, disloyal and dishonest people, lack of integrity or morals, and shady dealings.
Shadow could be dealings that are unfair, disloyal, and dishonest. There could be a lack of integrity, morals, and shady dealings.
Insights from Oracle: Owl & Moon

The owl gave me such Sagittarius vibes. Why? Because Sagittarius is ruled by Jupiter and Jupiter is spiritual wisdom as is the Owl. Jupiter just ingressed into Cancer (its home for the next year).
Our second card, the moon, is ruled by cancer. This gave me a wink that these themes are related, and we are talking a lot of astrology. This energy is with us for one year.
Setting the astrology aside, both cards represent night. We can take this to represent the energy around us as being dark, heavy, and emotional. There can be things hidden from view including danger.
Night is considered a time when evil comes out to play and it is a time when we can become fearful. But night is also when we can rest, dream, retreat, listen to the quiet of our soul, and a time when the most beautiful magic can happen.
Both cards also represent intuition. This is a time when we should be quiet, listen, observe, and let our intuition guide us through the dangers lurking in the dark.

Since the moon sits high in the sky and the owl in a tree, it would suggest we try to look at things from a higher perspective. Use your spiritual eyes to take notes of what is happening in the world (and in your own world). It may not be at all what it seems, and from above we have a bird's eye view of any danger (hidden enemies, attacks by opportunists (owl is a hunter), including surprises, traps, or secret knowledge.)
The moon deals with matters of home, security, foundations, protection, women, mothers, and children. Jupiter expands and loves being in this sign. Jupiter also relates to the Divine, spirituality, deliverance from evil, and law. We will see many of these themes become important over the next year. Home and homeland: security, protection and law. Protection of children. Our founding principles. Wanting to get back to a simpler time. An interest in staying closer to home and family. Getting more in touch with the home within-- our soul. A rise in faith and spirituality. We could see some positive changes with the housing markets and a big baby boom or themes of pregnancy and motherhood. Jupiter should help us along with justice, fairness, and extract the evil from the world.
The owl wants us to use our instincts and inner wisdom. He wants us to be alert and aware of our surroundings. He carries instinctual and ancestral knowledge and recognizes survival depends on carrying that forward. It could suggest we listen to our elders as history repeats itself when we do not learn from the cycles of the past.
Shadow side of these energies:

Hidden enemies, traps, attacks, danger
Scams, deception, lies, being misled
Anxiety, fear, restlessness, nightmares
Delusions, out of touch with reality
Addictions, escapism may worsen
Illusionary world... nothing is what it seems, bending reality
Lack of critical thinking or questioning
Water disasters or issues
Issues with gas
The moon is Luna, and Luna is a prefix for Lunatic. This could represent a surge in mental health issues due to Jupiter's ability to expand what it touches.
"Trust what you feel more than you see. Your inner compass carries instincts, ancient wisdom, and truth."
Advice & Summary:
In summary, this next year is going to be a test of faith, intuition, integrity, and the ability to see things as they are and not as we perceive or wish them to be. It will be a year of big change within our country and for its systems and policies. These reforms will come through as a result of significant challenges, unfortunate circumstances, and a desire for change that will require us to examine and reform our policies, ethics, politicians, and government to establish fair, just, and equitable laws and practices.
The most important thing to do during these times is to remove emotion and personal biases and observe the facts for what they are (Justice). Make good moral decisions to help maintain balance and order in your life and in the world around you. Consider finding a balance of ideologies that will be work and be equal for all. Always do the right thing, even when no one is looking... but most importantly, align with the truth even if it hurts. One of the most powerful things I have recently read was:
"Rules should be questioned when they no longer serve the greater good. Never mistake control for justice and tradition for truth."
